Jocelyn and George came for lunch. We had rabbit, very delicious. Didn’t managed to purge. Tried to go running but it felt so painful. Took laxatives and an atharax. they went out for a walk. Managed to throw tf up. Slept. Read quite a lot. I’m... helpless.
